Terms of use
Last updated · May 2026
These terms govern your use of the Achuver website at achuver.com and the relationship between you and Achuver, a consultancy operated by Achuli Mustapha Sadick. Specific engagements are governed by separate, signed statements of work which always take precedence over what is written here.
Use of the website
You may read, share, and link to the content on this site for any non-commercial purpose. You may not republish substantial portions of the site or pass off our work as your own. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, abuse our infrastructure, or scrape it at volume.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including writing, design, code, and visual assets, is owned by Achuver unless otherwise noted. You retain ownership of anything you send us.
Engagement deliverables are governed by the relevant statement of work. By default, you own the deliverables on full payment, and we retain ownership of the underlying methodology, frameworks, and tools we used to produce them.
Engagements and quotes
Discovery calls, scoping conversations, and informal estimates are not contracts. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign a statement of work. We reserve the right to decline engagements that fall outside our practice or that we believe we cannot serve well.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential by default and we expect the same in return. We do not name clients publicly without permission. We do not share strategies or work product across engagements.
No warranties
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make the information on the site accurate but we do not guarantee that it is free from errors, omissions, or interruptions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Achuver is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Liability under any engagement is limited as set out in the relevant statement of work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Kigali unless the relevant statement of work specifies otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
